A Vancouver-based content creator with a deep love for community and storytelling.

I began as a Natural Hair blogger in 2016, aiming to help fellow Black women fall in love with their curls, and my platform has since expanded into lifestyle and beauty content, allowing me to partner with global brands such as Pinterest, Google, Adobe, Sephora, and more.

In 2021, I launched Creating with Kaya to help educate content creators looking to monetize their digital footprint, and demystify the ‘reality’ of the career path.

I have had the honour of speaking on my journey at Vidcon Abu Dhabi + Anaheim, among other creator-focused conferences and events.
